Welcome to Chhattisgarh Properties. These Terms explain the rules for using chhattisgarhproperties.com, including creating an account, posting properties, submitting enquiries and contacting advertisers.
By registering or submitting a listing or enquiry, you agree to these Terms.
1. About our platform
Chhattisgarh Properties helps property owners, agents and builders advertise properties and connect with buyers and tenants.
Unless separately agreed in writing, we are not a party to property transactions and do not guarantee a sale, rental, booking or response. Any property agreement is made directly between the parties involved.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, post a property or submit an enquiry.
Provide accurate information and use an email address and mobile number you are authorised to use. Keep your password and verification codes secure. Do not impersonate another person or create an account using someone else’s details without permission.
Report suspected unauthorised access to contact@chhattisgarhproperties.com.
3. Posting a property
You may advertise a property only if you own it or have permission to represent its owner. Clearly identify yourself as an owner, agent or builder.
Your listing must accurately describe the property, including its:
– Location, property type, area and condition.
– Sale price or monthly rent.
– Availability and possession status.
– Amenities and facilities.
– Brokerage, maintenance, deposits and other applicable charges.
– Approvals, registration details and material legal restrictions, where applicable.
You are responsible for complying with applicable property advertising and registration requirements, including RERA requirements where relevant.
Review automatically generated titles, calculations, suggested addresses and map locations before publishing. Correct any errors and update or remove your listing when the property becomes unavailable.
4. Photos, videos and listing content
Upload only content you own or have permission to use. Do not copy another advertiser’s photographs or publish misleading information.
Clearly identify sample photographs, architectural renders, virtual staging or materially edited images. They must not misleadingly represent the actual property.
You retain ownership of your content. By uploading it, you permit us to host, format and display it as reasonably necessary to operate the website and promote your listing. This does not transfer ownership of your content to us.
5. Property information and verification
Property details are generally provided by advertisers and may change. A listing or verification label does not, by itself, guarantee ownership, legal title, approvals, construction quality or the advertiser’s authority. Any verification applies only to the checks expressly described.
Buyers and tenants should independently verify the property, documents, advertiser, charges and agreement terms before making a payment or commitment. Seek professional advice where appropriate.
Maps, landmarks, distances, price estimates and calculators are informational aids and may contain inaccuracies.
6. Enquiries and contact details
When you submit an enquiry, the details needed to respond may be shared with the relevant advertiser, as explained in our Privacy Policy and the enquiry form.
Advertisers must use enquiry details only for the relevant property request and reasonable related follow-up. Do not sell contact details, send unrelated marketing or continue unwanted contact after someone asks you to stop.
Submitting an enquiry does not provide unlimited permission for promotional calls, messages or emails.
7. Payments and charges
Any charge for a service offered by Chhattisgarh Properties must be disclosed before purchase, together with the applicable service, cancellation and refund terms.
A paid listing or promotion does not guarantee enquiries, a sale or a rental. Accepting these Terms alone does not authorise recurring payments.
Property payments, brokerage, rent and deposits agreed directly with another user are separate from our platform services. Verify the recipient and written terms before paying. Never share passwords, OTPs or payment PINs.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use the website to:
– Post fake, fraudulent, unlawful or misleading listings.
– Harass, threaten, impersonate or unlawfully discriminate against others.
– Publish content that infringes privacy or intellectual property rights.
– Collect or resell users’ contact details without authorisation.
– Send spam, upload malicious software or interfere with website security.
– Scrape or commercially reuse website content without permission, except where permitted by law.
We may remove content or restrict accounts where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, breaches of these Terms or legal requirements.
9. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but technical interruptions and errors may occur. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of every user listing or the conduct of other users.
We are not responsible for losses caused solely by independent dealings between users where we have not caused or contributed to the loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes our responsibilities or your rights where applicable law does not allow them to be excluded.
Third-party websites, maps and messaging services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
10. Privacy, changes and contact
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used and handled.
We may update these Terms as the website or legal requirements change. We will update the date and provide appropriate notice of material changes. Changes will not retrospectively remove existing rights.
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Your right to approach a competent court, consumer commission, RERA authority or other legally available forum remains unaffected.
